The future is being built by a finite and knowable set of people. A network of builders, thinkers, and founders whose work will define the next century.

These people already know each other. They are the “friend of a friend” of each other. Talent finds talent, and ideas move through invisible corridors long before they reach the mainstream.

Future Society is an attempt to map those corridors. Every author of a Future Files memo, and every founder they profile, becomes part of this map. Those who are profiled can in turn profile others, allowing the network to grow through the very people who shape it.

With a little luck, perhaps this will one day be a living map of the future and those who build it.
